Paintings & Collages
I began my artistic career as a clothing designer, then included designing and making Northwest Coast Tlingit Native dance regalia, but in recent years I have found myself doing more and more paintings and collages. Where my weaving and regalia-making sometimes take months of preparation and production, the paintings and collages demand a looseness and spontaneity that I find very appealing.
