22 years I have lived and worked in this home away from home. \u00a0 The U-Haul is packed. \u00a0Getting the last remnants of possessions tucked into the cabby. \u00a0Cleaning up the studio that will be used by my daughter and her husband. \u00a0I leave this studio\u00a0with no intentions of ever living here again. \u00a0I go to Tulsa for at least a year to live and work being totally supported by the Tulsa Artist Residency program. \u00a0Like awesome Alaska, it is not easy to leave beautiful Colorado. \u00a0The hardest part is leaving behind my young grand-daughters and my kids.<\/p>\n
